Refund policy

At Amoretta, your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the product you purchased, you may exchange it within thirty (30) days from the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange, the items must meet the following conditions:

• They must not have been used, washed, or damaged.
• They must retain the original tag.
• The purchase receipt must be presented.
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

The shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please send or bring the item to Calle 85 # 12-10, Local 203, Bogotá, Colombia, Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

For exchanges or returns due to manufacturing defects, please return the item within five (5) days of receiving your purchase. No extensions will be granted. A replacement item in good condition will be sent, and Amoretta will cover the shipping costs.
